Miscelaneous Policies of this Practice
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment at no cost to you. This allows us an opportunity to fill your appointment time with another client. If sufficient notice of a cancellation is not provided, or no notice is given at all, the standard fee will be assessed for that session.
This practice does not provide 24 hour emergency service. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Calls placed to me will be returned by the end of the next business day.
